Project management tools include our Project Management Communication System (PMCS), a secure proprietary online project site where Producers post all project documents such as schedules, reports, design documents, and media for review, such as audio files and screen comps. Weekly project teleconferences are held with the client as well, and emails are a daily documentation and communication tool.
